Need
Restaurants, hotels and event organisers often need extra hands at short notice. Finding reliable people, agreeing on pay and handling payment usually happens over scattered phone calls and messages.
Solution
I built a marketplace where businesses post a job, shortlist people from a pool of candidates and agree on terms through offers and counter-offers. Staff manage their availability, messages, reviews and payments in one place, and the team runs everything from an admin panel. The same system also serves the mobile app.
Result
Businesses can now fill shifts through one organised flow, from posting a job to paying securely, while staff find work that fits their schedule.
