Project story

  1. Need

    The municipality's Hikayematik kiosks sit in public spaces around the city. Without a central tool, it is hard to see how they are used or to manage them without visiting each one.

  2. Solution

    I built a platform that keeps a live connection to every kiosk and collects how people interact with them. Municipal teams manage the kiosks remotely and follow the numbers from one dashboard.

    The municipality can now oversee its Hikayematik kiosks from one place and base decisions on real usage data.
