Project story

  1. Need

    Citizens needed a simple way to reach municipal services online. The information behind those services lives in the municipality's own systems, so a new platform had to work with them rather than duplicate them.

    I built a citizen-facing service platform that connects directly to the municipality's existing systems. Citizens use one portal, while the data they see comes straight from the municipality's own records.
